My name is Richard Morris, son of Sydney Morris and Evelyn Ferguson. I was born in Belmont, Trinidad, one of the twin islands in the Caribbean (Trinidad & Tobago). At the age of 16, my entire family migrated to the United States of America. I attended Essex County College in 1975 for two years, then I transferred to The American University in Washington, DC where I attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.
At present, I am employed in the health field area as a rehabilitation assistant and have been in this occupation for the past twelve years. This experience has given me the opportunity to meet many people from all walks of life.
My main goal is to serve humanity in any way that I can. I love traveling and have visited numerous countries, studying their cultural backgrounds and language. In particular, I developed an interest in the Chinese culture and have begun the study of their language.
